Oddly for a Belmond, the experience was somewhat manufactured: loud mariachis, a wine list with about 700 bottles and a sommelier who was charming, but on a steep learning curve, and a somewhat too attentive waitstaff...not a relaxing experience. After dining several times at Kin Sol Soleil, and having had a splendid experience at a Belmond hotel in Mallorca, we made a reservation at El Restaurante at the Belmond.
